How do I install the mPulse sauna?
Sunlighten saunas are designed for simple DIY assembly and typically take 1–2 hours to install with two people. While professional installation isn’t required, our team can help you find a local service provider if you prefer additional support.
Can the mPulse sauna be used outdoors?
Our saunas are engineered for indoor use. If you plan to place your sauna outdoors—with or without a roof—a custom sauna cover is required to maintain your warranty coverage.Keep in mind that ambient temperatures can affect preheat time. In colder climates, your sauna may take longer to reach optimal heat levels. For best results, consult our placement guidelines or speak with a Sauna Consultant.
How long should my infrared sauna session be?
Most people enjoy sessions lasting 30–45 minutes, three to four times per week. Saunas are safe to use daily and can be tailored to your comfort levels and wellness goals.
Hydration tip: Drink at least 8 oz of water before your session, and follow up with 24 oz or more of water or an electrolyte-rich beverage afterward to replenish fluids.
Always listen to your body and adjust session frequency and temperature as needed.
